If you haven't deleted or moved any of the files on your hard drive, and they are still on your hard drive then select YES and input the proper location of your Mods folder. This could be caused by setting the wrong mod folder or an old config file being used. "E:\Games\Nexus Mod Manager\FalloutNV\Mods Modname.zip file cannot be found. However, after letting it do that, I got the following message:
After trying to start NMM this morning, it said that it had been corrupted and needed to repair the installation.
